1964 – ‘The Poker Session’ – The Waterford Dramatic Society

Today we’re rolling back 53 years to November of 1964 and WDS were presenting ‘The Poker Session’ by Hugh Leonard. As you can see from the attached newspaper clipping it was billed ‘For Adults Only’ as WDS became one of the first amateur groups to perform the play by kind permission of the author himself!
